Checks addressed to St. Patrick Church with memo line “Thanksgiving Food Drive”.

Checks can be mailed to 991 S Waukegan Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045 or dropped off at the Church.

Due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting food donations.

 

1 Meal = $30
