About Us
The St. Patrick Choir is a group of dedicated volunteers who serve our parish by enhancing the liturgies through song. Varied musical pieces, ranging from classical to contemporary, are chosen which reflect God’s message offered in the readings for that day. We strive to help our assembly become a part of the spirit and song of our Masses. The season begins in September and ends with Pentecost, usually late May or early June. The choir rehearses every Thursday evening from 7:15 pm - 9:00 pm in the Main Church with fellowship afterwards. The adult choir sings at the Saturday 5:00 pm Mass or the Sunday 10:00 am Mass. The choir also sings for special liturgies such as the All Soul’s Day Mass, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, Triduum, Easter Sunday, and Confirmation. In early December, the choir participates in a choral concert held on a Sunday afternoon.
New Choir Members are ALWAYS Welcome!
The Music Ministry offers a warm welcome to those who wish to share their time and talent through music. We are looking for all voice parts soprano, alto, tenor, and bass for the adult choir. Prior singing experience is not necessary. In addition, those individuals who play an instrument and would like to help enhance our liturgies are welcome to join us. Email Maristella Lee if you are interested in joining our group.
