Thirty wooded acres on Waukegan Road, two churches, and a parish office where a person answers the phone.

Where we are

991 S. Waukegan Road, Lake Forest, Illinois 60045.

There are two churches on the campus. The Main Church, dedicated in 1998, is where weekend Mass and confession are celebrated. The Old Church, from 1910, holds daily Mass and Wednesday adoration.

Parking is on site. Come a few minutes early your first time and someone will help you find your way.

Children’s Liturgy of the Word runs during the Sunday 10:00 am Mass for children from Pre-K through third grade.
