Mission Statement

 

 To bring Holy Communion, spiritual support, and visitation to our parishioners and the Catholics in our community who are unable, for reasons of health or other incapacities, to attend church services.

 

Activities

 

    • To bring Communion weekly, as requested, to our parishioners who are homebound.
    • Weekly Communion visits to patients at Lake Forest Hospital and Balmoral Care Center.
    • Preside over monthly Liturgy services at Westmoreland and Claridge House Nursing Homes.
