Soup Kitchen Assistance
Each 5th Thursday of the Month
Volunteers are requested to assist in preparing and serving dinner at the Soup Kitchen located at 914 8th Street in Waukegan each
month when there is a 5th Thursday (about 4 times a year). There are two shifts for volunteers: 3-5 pm Prep and Cooking; 5-7 pm
Serving and Cleanup. The first shift requires 5-6 volunteers and 10-12 volunteers are needed for the second shift. Please note that
volunteers must be at least 12 years old.
